We get a lot of questions on a daily basis, so we figured that we would create a page to address some of them for you!

      1. Do you have a store I can visit?

Yes we do! Not everything we have is located in our store, so we recommend, if you are looking for a specific item, to either call us at 519-513-0257 or email us at sales@bkcollectables.com.

      Our store address is:

      B&K Collectables
2880 King Street East, Unit B
      Kitchener, ON  N2A 1A7
      519-513-0257

      2. What is your shipping to XYZ Postal Code?

Shipping costs range due to the size and the weight of the items ordered, and there are other costs and considerations that are also taken into account.
To find out what an estimate of the shipping would cost to your area, add the items that you are interested in to your cart and we have a handy Shipping Estimator tool that pulls amounts direct from our shipping providers for you.

      3. Would you take $XX for YY item?

While we certainly appreciate the need for someone to get a better-than-asking price, we do not accept best offers for our products, unless otherwise stated in the listing or at a live event.
Pricing at live events can be assessed on a case-by-case basis, but offers are generally not accepted as all at-event pricing includes respective GST/HST.

      4. What currency do you sell in?

We deal in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
We do have available on our site a handy Currency Converter tool, but it is a tool that approximates the exchange based off of the rates on XE.com and should only be used for guidance in making a decision. All purchases from us will be charged in CAD and will be subject to any additional exchange requirements from your credit card or from PayPal.

      5. Do you charge taxes?

Yes; we are legally required by Ontario, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, and New Brunswick to charge HST on all items shipped to those provinces.
We charge GST for all sales shipped out to the remainder of the Provinces and Territories in Canada.

Customers making purchases for items being shipped outside of Canada will not be charged any Canadian taxes.

In-person purchases at our retail store are subject to Ontario 13% HST.

At live events (comic cons and other shows), all taxes for the area are included in the pricing that is displayed on the stickers on the products available for sale; this is a non-negotiable term of sale.

      6. Do you sell Transformers parts or incomplete figures?

Yes we do have parts and incomplete figures at select live event shows, but we do not have them online as it is extremely difficult to maintain inventory on them. We exclusively stock G1/G2 Transformers (incomplete and parts).
If you are looking for something specific, we encourage you to reach out to us at sales@bkcollectables.com so we can determine if we have them for you.

      7. Do you buy figures?

We would consider purchasing or providing a trade-value for 1980's G1 Transformers figures and parts (we will not accept broken items), but we do not have the space to accept any MOTU, Wrestling, or Funko trade-ins.

We make every attempt to be as fair with our offers for G1 Transformers as we can, but please know that we cannot offer what is out there for "value" as we need to sell these items ourselves.

If you have any questions about this, please reach out to us beforehand via phone, email, or social DM.

      8. What payment methods do you accept?

      Online:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal.

      In-Store and at Live Events:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash, and Interac Debit. We accept US currency at live events but due to how volatile and unpredictable the Canadian Dollar can be, we reserve the right to set our exchange rate per event.
If the exchange is of a concern, then we recommend using one of our other methods of payment.
